NBDG-X AMSterdam Challenge

AMSterdam Challenge (previously Amsterdam Open) is a legendary Dutch event. In 2021 there will be some new things with AMSterdam Challenge. The first new thing is of course this event will be part of NBDG-X tour. The second new thing is the new venue for the event. In 2021 event will played on a pop-up course at Amsterdamse Bos, a huge forest area near Amsterdam city center.

PDGA event

  • PDGA B-tier
  • Three days, one round a day with tee-times
  • Amateur Euro Tour divisions
    MA1, FA1, MA40, FA40, MA50
  • Other available divisions
    MA2, FA2, MA3, FA3, MJ18, FJ18
  • Pros playing am is valid
  • Notice that divisions with fewer than five players might be merged to division above
  • Payout over 50% including players pack, voucher/merchandize prizes and trophies

    Registration

    • No PDGA membership required
    • Registration to PDGA event needs to be done in advance via Disc Golf Scene
    • Registration link will be added later
    • Entry fees 
      Amateur divisions 60 € 
      Junior divisions 0 € (NBDG Junior Program)

     

    Doubles Event

    • Fun and Casual event
    • Open for everyone, no PDGA membership required
    • One competition round with flexible tee-times
    • Walk-in registration on site
    • Format is Best shot
    • Entry fee 25 € / pair

    • Guided boat tour at Amsterdam canals

    Location and getting there

    • Amsterdamse Bos (Amsterdam Forest)
    • 1182 DA Amstelveen, Netherlands (Google maps)
    • Amsterdamse Bos is located 15 km from Amsterdam city center
    • If you need to fly to Netherlands, we recommend flying to Amsterdam. There are also a lot of other options getting to Amsterdam (for example by train)
